Stores like yours
For every Shopify store that buys ads.
Whether you are just starting to spend, spending steadily, or pushing past the point where it pays. Three example stores, and what the graph says to each.
Bramble & Co
Candles and home fragrance. Eight months of ads, spending carefully.
| Figure | Today | Estimated peak |
|---|---|---|
| Ad spend | $6,000 | $9,000 |
| Net profit | +$14,000 | +$16,000 |
Eight months of ads is enough to start. The range is still wide, and the estimated peak, about $9k a month, sits above the $6k they spend today: room to grow, a step at a time.
Drive this store in the demoNorthline Outdoor
Camping and trail gear. Two years of steady spend at a range of budgets.
| Figure | Today | Estimated peak |
|---|---|---|
| Ad spend | $35,000 | $37,000 |
| Net profit | +$41,000 | +$42,000 |
Two years of months at different budgets draw a confident line. Today's $35k is already within the estimated peak's range, close to the $37k the graph puts it at, so the answer is to hold.
Drive this store in the demoVelo Kids
Children's bikes and helmets. Scaling hard, spend up sharply this year.
| Figure | Today | Estimated peak |
|---|---|---|
| Ad spend | $140,000 | $110,000 |
| Net profit | +$80,000 | +$87,000 |
Scaling hard, and past the peak. The estimated peak is about $110k a month, below the $140k they spend, so the last $30k a month is costing them net profit rather than making it.

How it works
More ad spend does not mean more profit.
Early spend pays for itself. Past the peak you are paying to lose money. Every month you traded at a different budget is a point, and the curve through them says what the next dollar returns.

Why trust it
Honest about what it knows.
Built on your numbers, honest about the range, and unable to touch your store.
Built on your real data
Estimates come from your own Shopify sales and ad spend, with 24 months of history synced on connect. No generic benchmarks or industry averages.
Honest about uncertainty
Parable shows bands and flags rather than a false-precision single number, so you know how confident the model is.
Seasonality-aware
The model accounts for the way demand shifts across the year, so peaks are not mistaken for trends.
Read-only and safe
Parable recommends, it never spends. Read-only access to your store: it cannot change a product, a price, a campaign or a budget.

Common questions
Install from the Shopify App Store and approve read-only access. Shopify handles the connection, so there is no manual setup. Parable then imports your recent order and ad history, so your months appear on first load, with the curve through them. A store with little history may show a wider range until more data arrives. You can uninstall anytime, and request data deletion from the privacy policy. Questions: support@parablepm.com.
Parable connects read-only. From Shopify it reads your orders, products, and shop settings. From your ad and analytics platforms it reads spend and attribution. It uses these to fit your profit curve and never writes anything back: no changes to orders, products, prices, campaigns, budgets, ads, checkout, or themes. See our privacy policy for how data is stored and deleted.
No. Shopify plus Meta or Google Ads is the whole setup: Parable reads which platform each sale came from in your Shopify orders. Google Analytics can be added whenever you like to sharpen that, and never has to be.
ROAS optimises revenue. Parable optimises net profit after your costs, so it shows the spend where you actually keep the most money, and where the next dollar stops paying for itself.
Never. Parable is read-only and advisory. It shows your estimated peak spend and a suggested test step, and every change stays in your hands.
Parable shows a profitable range with uncertainty bands rather than a single false-precision number, and it tells you when the data cannot yet confirm a move.
It depends on the size of your store, and we work that out rather than asking you to. Up to $250,000 USD a year of sales and you pay nothing, for the whole product. Above that it is $99 USD/mo, and over $1,000,000 USD it is $199 USD/mo. Every band holds exactly the same thing.
See your estimated peak profit before you spend another dollar.
Connect your store, read-only, and let Parable show your estimated peak, the spend that makes the most net profit.
